Celebrate fall with the 3rd Annual Lions Scarecrow Contest! Show your harvest spirit by creating a festive scarecrow for your front yard or business.

This is a wonderful activity for the whole family or your organization, and your generous donation goes directly to charities supported by the Reading Lions Club.

It’s spookily easy to participate:

There are 2 easy ways to pick up your Scarecrow Basics Kit.
  • $20 donation to enter. Kit includes scarecrow basics, and   there are 2 sizes available.
  • Pick up your kit at Harrows Chicken Pie, 125 Main Street
    • Sundays Oct. 1, 8 or 15 from 11:00 am-1:00 pm
    • Mondays Oct. 2, 9, or 16 from 2:00-4:00 pm
  • Or, contact us to pick up/deliver your kit by Oct 18. via email: readinglions01867@gmail.com or call 781-944-8419.
  • Submit your photos by Oct. 21 to: readinglions01867@gmail.com
  • Include your name and your contact details!
  • Winners announced Oct. 26

You can also donate directly to the Reading Lions Club via personal check. The Reading Lions Club supports many local charities and scholarships all year long. We thank you for your support!
